Coaching Services

Notes:

  • All of our individual plans are fully custom.
  • We coach using power, heart rate, and/or perceived exertion.
  • Minimum contract length is three months.

Off-season coaching plans

  • Off-season road and MTB plans are based on an October through March timeframe.
  • Cyclocross offseason plans run from March through August.
  • Plans are updated twice — once at the beginning of the program, and once halfway through.
  • Workouts are emailed to you two days in advance.
  • Plans are built according to your specific needs; these are not cookie-cutter programs!
  • Cost is $250 per plan. Contact us for ordering information.

Other services

  • Individual consultation outside of a training plan: $95/hour. (Typical topics include self-coached training plan review, goal setting, individual testing, etc.)
